It&#039;s good to know about this - unfortunately as you mentioned we need .NET 3.5 - CruiseControl.NET is still .NET 2.0 :-(

I&#039;m not sure that this will completely solve your problem, but .NET 3.5 introduced the new DateTimeOffset type (http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/system.datetimeoffset.aspx) which was designed to handle UTC times. Though I guess that only helps if you&#039;re already building on .NET 3.5...</description>
